Charity Event Donation Policies
During a calendar year, Fuhrer will donate 50% and the charity will pay frontline distributor price for the remaining 50% of the beer donation request.
The 50/50 policy applies to the first and second beer donation request in one calendar year from the same charity. Additional donation requests in the calendar year will be denied.
This policy applies to the smaller quantity donation requests such as golf outings, dinners, gala events, casino nights, etc.
All craft beer festivals and larger special events will be handled on a case-by-case basis by the brand managers from each sales division.
All approved Donation must be scheduled for pick up with the charity.
Donation pick up hours will be Monday – Friday 10 am – 12pm
Payment must be made via a check made payable to “Frank B. Fuhrer Wholesale Co.” at the time of pickup.
Donations cannot be split between warehouses
