Each year, we try to top ourselves by making the hoppiest, most intense IPA we can muster. We sample endless hop varieties during the annual harvest to choose the ultimate mix—flavorful and aggressive yet refined. Then we push them beyond their limits to reimagine Hoptimum, a remarkably drinkable triple IPA.
